Your Right to Return
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery — no questions asked.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@kingsandmen.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with your return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible.
- Post your return using the label provided.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the return being authorised.
- Intimate items (including underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
