Exchange and Return Policy – Kings Men
At Kings Men, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or return a product purchased through our online store, you can do so as follows:
Exchanges
If you want to exchange a product:
You have five (5) calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.

Include the following information in your request:
Full name
ID number
Order number
Order date
Contact number
Product to be exchanged
We will respond with the procedure and, if authorized according to Kings Men’s policies, guide you through the exchange.
Important:
Shipping and any related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be unused, unaltered, clean, and with original tags.
Exchanges may take up to 10 business days.
Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Each product may be exchanged only once.
Promotional Products:
Products purchased on promotion or discounted are not eligible for exchange, as they may be final sale items.
Incorrect Product Delivery:
If you receive the wrong product, report it within five (5) calendar days of delivery via email. Upon verification of the error, Kings Men will cover the cost of return shipping and deliver the correct product.
Right of Withdrawal and Payment Reversal
Right of Withdrawal (Virtual Store)
Under applicable consumer protection law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within five (5) business days following delivery.
If exercised, the purchase contract will be canceled, and a full refund issued.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:
Services already started with consumer consent
Products with prices subject to market fluctuations
Custom-made or personalized products
Goods that deteriorate quickly due to their nature
Perishable items or personal hygiene products
Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days after the returned product is received and verified.

Payment Reversal
If you made a purchase online using credit/debit card or other electronic payment and it qualifies under applicable law (e.g., unauthorized transaction, fraudulent purchase, non-delivery, defective or incorrect product), you may request a payment reversal within five (5) business days of becoming aware of the issue.
To request a payment reversal, provide:

ID number
Reason for the reversal request
Important Notes:
The product must be in good and clean condition.
Payment reversal applies only to online transactions paid via credit/debit cards or electronic methods.
Returned products must be collected in the same condition and place where originally delivered.
Requests for reversal do not apply to international purchases.
